WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY PRODUCTS?

We hope this is not the case, but due to the nature of our small-batch, personal care products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on opened or used items. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged in transit, incorrect item received, etc.), please contact us at auknaturalle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll always do our best to make it right—because your satisfaction matters to us.

WHEN DO THE PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

All Au Knaturalle products are formulated in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients with a clean, paraben-free preservation system. For best results, we recommend using your products within 12 months of opening.

To maintain freshness and potency:

Store in a cool, dry place

Avoid direct sunlight and humidity

Keep containers tightly sealed between uses

Because our formulas are free of harsh preservatives, proper care ensures your products stay as effective and luxurious as the day they were made.
